I thought of my umbrellas this week, why it didn't occur to me before, I don't know.My formal room has a Asian flare to it, this is the home of my rain divertors except they are normally folded up and contained in a basket.
I adore them! I wish I had a whole lot more of them, but they are hard to find especially at a reasonable price. 
This one is my favorite because of the pointed edges. You can see how much age it has on it by the glue showing through the paper. They are very fragile.
And this is my large, I mean large, fan above my 7 foot sofa, it's kind of pinkish. HA!

Happy Pink Day! I have one of those umbrellas and it just stays closed up in the umbrella holder. Kind of sad I dont display it but it just does not fit with my decor, sigh....
