It works over this window, even my husband said so. It's just.....I like a neater, cleaner transition to my walls. Oh well.....did I mention this is a coat rack? It's missing the wooden pegs that belong sticking out from the grass. Not a problem, I have plenty of wooden coat pegs.I looked in my reference books for this particular item but it did not have this one, it had others close, like one wilt a mirror between them and one skipping while holding hands. My computer is acting up so I was unable to scan them in :( They are estimated between $40,00 to $50.00. I paid $7.99 and that's a high price for GW.
I guess they may be catching on to the Raggedy Ann items being collectible. C&G Design

You always find the best deals, Dawn. I may have to travel to whatever Goodwill you go to, cause I can never find anything really good at the one in Bangor. Your Siamese is so beautiful. Aren't cats funny. They do the darndest things, and so hate being embarrassed. How about this heat, huh? Miserable, just miserable.

I like the bright colors too. You should ask the clerks to give you a call when they get something in they think you will like.

From the photo can barely see there are missing pegs. If you had not pointed it I would have never known. Looks in good shape.
