She is a boudoir doll with a unique dress, the skirt is constructed out of safety pins. I was wondering why so heavy? When I picked her up. At first I thought she is homemade but she is manufactured, Hong Kong to exact.
Well....she has the big elegant eyes with the shining hair, she will fit right in. Madame loves her and so do I.

I'm not quite sure I'll need this fancy cover, no sir-ree Bob. Nothing cardboard near my melting pot, I'll live with the glue skimming.
The directions to my melting pot states it's easier than a glue gun because it keeps your hands free, the heat won't blacken the glue, and it's good for flower stems and pinecones. This is what I saw after the first five minutes, I added more glue.
It also promotes the idea that more than one crafter can use it at one time.....another five minutes and more glue.
As with anything hot, it can with the usual precautions to be careful. My pot will always return to the packaging because if it works well, I'm gong to want a distributor of these for when and if this one breaks down. Two minutes and a third glue stick to fill it up to the reservoir level.
Well, it does smell like a normal glue gun, does it work? Seems stringy.....but for a good thing, the strings can go directly back in the pot to melt again.

Wikipedia defines Love Hearts as a confectionery manufactured by Swizzels Matlow in the United Kingdom. A hard fizzy tablet like sweet in a variety of fruit flavors featuring a love related message on one side. Ah...I remember them well.....Flavors:

But her team took first, beating an older team. The older team has the "leader of our pack's" daughter on it. The "leader" was Madame's first coach and has worked very, very hard to expand our Majorettes. 12 teams preformed, of different groups, but from the general area.
I like how the camera picked up on the movement, kind of neat. The first picture is of a horizontal (over their heads) to the person behind them, they got it! It's a junior high skill.

This has to be my favorite, it fits perfectly on my "L" shape counter in my kitchen/dining room. The piece measures 25'' x 16''. It came out wonderfully.
So I made two Church candle mats to match!

As you might guess, it is the stitch found on the satin edging of a blanket, and very easy to do. I drew the graphic for to mechanic to this embroidery, 3 easy steps and then repeat.....
Be aware and well informed, the blanket stitch uses twice the amount the plain running stitch would. Buy a lot of your colors! My bags are quart size.
Once done....it becomes a real asset to the piece.
