More train sewing through the machine.
I had enough of each square to piece a quilt 5 square by 10 square. Because I didn't have more green to complete a few more row going across, I had to add a border. Did I mention this block are super flannel? Super soft...., I had 7 pinks left over.
I thought this grey would look wonderful as a border but sadly, I didn't have enough to complete the back also.
Plan B included this gorgeous chenille fabric, the photos don't seem to capture the light and dark reflections of the thread, again super soft....
Natural cotton batting came to my mind, it's expensive but worth it

Yes, I love it! Especially what you did with the leftover pink blocks.
Cute huh! The kids like it, can't keep their hands off it!
Very nice blankie and I love the rattle. Very neat idea for leftovers. You sure are getting a lot done.
Sounds like my home county downeast has sour grapes when it came to the casino vote. Would have passed if not for Washington County's big % of no votes.
Some baby will enjoy the warmth of this beautiful quilt! Great idea with the left overs! You could sell just those with lots of left overs...
Yup, everyone in this county is upset it did not pass and it was slated here! So much for the thousand of people who lost jobs this year.....
Skeeter, That's a idea....
Oral surgeon isn't crazy about taking my teeth, thinks people don't have pain unless it erupted, and/or swelling. My impaction is just below the skin, looks above on the x-ray.
Ouch! sorry for you pains Dawn....
Very nicely done! I love the combination of pink and green in this quilt.
