Soft Scupture

I'm getting geared to do my next doll in the soft sculpture, I have taken the time to run it over in my head just to be sure of what I'm doing. Trust me, if it doesn't work I will not show you. I get nervous sometimes that a project won't work well but I guess every blogger who crafts, refurbishes, paints, etc. is that way all the time even with out blogging! This is a classic small project to do and I've already done one of these years ago, it's a good one to start with.
"Aunty" is a photo I lifted off a artist site. She has spent time in animation and has a great talent for the pantyhose sculpturing. Look at her wrinkles, I can only hope to be better than a cabbage patch doll but I know I can't match this.

See her museum exhibit Avalon, just beautiful!

Here is another artist....pantyhose, pantyhose!

Maybe I should try to make a sack of potatoes first. Ha! C&G Design

Of course, we all have ideas that go awry! And, I post them! LOL!!!

VT has sunshine for the third straight day. Gloomy days are the last thing I can whine about publicly...I'm in trouble! :-)

Okay, are all those pictures of dolls or are any real people? I am so baffled today....

You had better show us your finished product girl :-)

Oh it will come out beautiful and if it doesn't then try, try, again....I do it all the time!! And I won't show my bads either! Aren't we vain huh? We should show the mistakes so others can learn from it....wouldn't you think?? Ha!How is the diet coming?? Haven't heard anything...or should I ask! I gained a lot and am now trying to get back on track. I walked a mile today...that should help!
