Room to Spare

My favorite room in the dollhouse is the one that houses these items, of course!
The sewing machine, spinning wheel and dressmaker, stands at the top of the stairs, you can see them behind the spinning wheel.
Every seamstress can take a oath to the idea.....her tools of the trade will go anywhere as long as they function. I've had machines in the hallways before!

Maybe draping the dressmaker and machine with fabric will make it look more realistic. How cool for the tiny world of dolls. C & G Design

You have such neat things in your doll house! I wish I had such fun things in mine but just the basic stuff and plastic too. How boring was that. lol....

That is cute! Minatures are cool. But I still like the outside deck as my favorite room in any house:)

Hi guys, Skeeter do you still have your house? Plastic is neat too, I have some.
Tina, I thought about the deck but it will look better when tiled and finished.
Soggy today.

I think doll houses are neat. When I go to a hobby store with Young'un I always look at the things you can furnish a house with. Sometimes it even helps with the real thing.

All 3 minatures are really very neat. I love them. Where do you have your doll house?

Pouring rain here today also Skeeter and am glad you are getting some.

Dawn how is Tartaus (don't think I spelled that right) this morning?
I hope he is not in any pain. If a lotta blood came out, it might feel better for him. My cockateil (Pete) that has the tumor over his eye is so sad to look at but it does not seem to bother him. It covers half of his eye and about 6 weeks ago I got up one morning and it was just about gone. I figure it burst but there was no sign of any liquid in the cage but now it is bigger than before and Terri-Lynn says I should burst it but I said NO WAY could I do that. To scared he would die on me.

ALOT did come out. It was when supper was done and ready to come out of the oven. I grab a paper towel but then, of course, I had to keep pressure on it. Kids couldn't hear me in this house! Tatarus hept getting bothered by my yelling, not his ear! Z brought me a ace and that worked except I had to scold him for trying to get at it. He doesn't seem to be in pain just itchy, he's aware it's there and has been caring for it. I think it has blood vessels that pretty much stay raw. Dr. won't touch it, it goes through and too much skin needed to heal removal. That, and he said, if it's there, it's elsewhere. We liquid bandaged, gauzed, flipped back and used medical tape around his head to hold it close and stable. He spent the night with Ace over it. That was removed this a.m. and he has left it alone, keeping it closed for a couple day. I'm hoping it will decrease in size, big as a walnut, must be uncomfortable.

Doll houses are so cool. I loved them when I was little. All your trinkets in that room are so cute!

No, I dont have my doll house. Sold it at a yard sell soon after getting married. I thought I had to grow up so all stuffed animals and all went to yard sale... sniff... That marriage did not last and I should have kept the doll house and sold the hubby,... lol....

Poor baby, that is so sad there is nothing you can do for him...

No Jean, I would not touch that eye either! I would be afraid I would hurt him and then he get mad at me and cop an attitude...

We had 4 and half inches of rain fall....
