Tool guessing

I have another tool that is indispensable in the world of craft making, especially if you like to work with dolls, but not exclusive to them either.

It almost looks as if it is a piercing tool, as a matter fact we told Madame we were going to get her tongue with it...perhaps to enhance her talking, no just kidding.
I love it, it works well. Can anyone guess? C & G Design

Looks like a really old paper punch to me. Sad part is, I remember when that is the way they were!!

I have no idea. I would say a belt hole punch.

Tina beat me to the punch.. Ha, I made a joke and was not trying. I crack myself up some times...

I was going to say a leather punch. We made leather bracelets in Art class and I recall the hole punch being similar to that tool... Wait a minute, maybe it was the tool used to put the button snap on the bracelet. Well, I don’t recall the name of that tool but that will be my second guess…

Dont joke about the tongue as so many girls do that today. Madame may take you up on the offer... lol

Hi guys, You are all right. It's a leather punch.
Skeeter, are too funny. I thought about the tongue thing. She goes "goth" when her friends do it. Their idea is wearing all black! Tee hee. Not that tongue piercing is goth but piercing is a big part of it. Some kids just have piercings, I say... get too of age! Til then, I made the body and it's not paid off yet!
PS. this tool has adjustable holes, you can see it on the wheel. One other tool is a gromet attacher (has varied holes too), and the snap tool Skeeter mentioned. I could never get them to work right, maybe too mordern for me.
