Are You Ready For Some Football!

We've had only 3 games.....by the fourth, babe is out with a concussion.

Well, he plays hard, I'm glad he plays that way, the penance for it is....injury, temporary as it may be.

He is a much needed center, missing 4 snaps in 40 offensive plays....it's eluded to starting center on the varsity next year, he's second string for now.
Little sister, Madame has always been dragged along since she has been in existence, I snapped a smile this day despite the fact no playground was around on this away game.
Topping 6 feet tall and able to take everyone down in practise, 'cept the senior center, who is the captain of the varsity. My 15 year old son could not wait to hit someone, practise 2x's a day and on Saturday, one looks forward to creaming the other team.
We finally scored the day Ike moved thru, 12 to 13 at the half time in a Junior varsity game. Being a young team and not quite angled for outside plays, we lost.....30 something to 12. Hey, first time scoring for both varsity and JV.
But....water boy for now, I'm sure he will be missed. C & G Design.

They are growing up fast. Spoke to Dad the other day and told him how big Jimmy is getting. He said, "He ain't as big as Dawn's boy is he?" I was like no! Your boy it the biggest 'boy', now almost a man. Say hi to Madame for us.

He is good sized, told us the other day.....high side of 275 lbs. I bought another scale yesterday, he requested digital.
Coach told his father, " I have to remember he's a 15 year old kid, just a kid"
Madame is a busy girl right now, she is hardly noticing. Thank goodness!

HOLY SMOKE! Is Jack's side of the family big or do you just feed him well?

I feed him well, or should I say...he eats me out of house and home.

Bet they will miss him. He has always been a big boy. Teen boys can eat you outta house and home. I remember when Uncle Rick was a teen, how he could eat and was always skinny, darn him!! How long will he be out? Is he in 9th or 10th grade? I can't keep track anymore. I know I said 9th the other day but Papa and Heather said 10th.

Cute pics of Madame.

BTY, I keep forgetting to ask but how did Jack of all Trades aunts make out with Ike? Texas got it pretty bad but I know it is a big state and not sure if they got it hard or not but do remember Sandra getting it bad with flooding one other time.

10th grade, hard to believe.
I hadn't heard anything so I guess they did okay. Mostly the flooding is from the infamous river in the spring, they are in East Texas. Ike hit the point of Texas I believe, mostly Galvenston.

Ouch on the concussion! Happy healing there big guy! You sure you are not sprinkling a bit of garden Miracle Grow on his dinner? LOL... I was recently looking in my high school year book and noticed how small and puny we all looked back then. The kids today are much larger being taller and wider then we were. Ah, if only I could say I am still small today! ha...

Poor Madame with no playground. I liked when my brothers were in state tournaments as that called for hotels with swimming pools!

Welcome back Skeeter, I think it's the bovine hormones they have in the milk now-a-days!
I should know something at the end of the school day as he is taking another headminder, he wants back and is planning on it.
Well, got to get going I'm working on a halloween scare scene and I want all my housework done before I get to it again. (poo! got to do that sometimes!)

Too funny Skeeter! even Jack of all Trades enjoyed the "computer crashing"

If only they could stay that cute and tiny then I would have a house full...
