FFF-Nana's Ornaments

A few of my favorite things Friday, and I don't see these often but I know they are there. I feel connected to my grandmother every time I place one of her handmade ornaments on the tree. A salt dough present.....
A salt dough reindeer!
A impish elf.....

A decorated boot!

A beaded girly......

A nested blue birdie!
This is where I get my love for ornaments. C&G Design.

Mom's gonna cry this morning. I have all the same. My bird nest is not in such a good shape though. Where is your santa?? White pearly with a black hat? I will check mine when I get them out too as we have the same. So cool to share!!

Forgot to say! Survivor is the best! I just watched last night's episode. So darned glad the Mainiac did not give up his immunity and did so with grace, but honestly, Sugar needs to take home that million dollars! Never has there been a player like her.

Hope she doesn't but she will maybe. I thought I'd share them for the idea they are also well done. It's hard to come up with ideas and I guess the ornaments can run a gambet across the board.
Survivor was good, glad he keep the idol with his dignity. I said he was gone when he won reward, still think he has to work very hard from here on in. I have the same feeling about Sugar. Street smart that gal is.....

Forgot to say, unless the kids put Santa on the tree, mine didn't make it. I know the one your talking about, fragile pearly round balls for the body?

Wonderful to have these family keepsakes to bring out each Christmas.

Happy Pink Saturday!

No wonder you love ornament making so much. Those are some wonderful ornaments she made you. What a great way to help you remember loved ones.

Tina, nope did'nt cry this time, just enjoyed the memories. Nana made you kids something every year so you would have something to start with when grown up.

Dawn are you sure the salt dough reindeer came from Nana. I thought Nadine (your father's sister in law) made them. But then again I think the things she made you kids were ceramic.

Glad you girls still have some of the things for your trees that Nana made.
