Lighthouse Dollhouse

I've been a bit behind posting on my dollhouse. I still have several items yet to be unpacked and set up. Right now I'm exploring wallpaper for the rooms, it's very hard to decide!
I want to share a series of houses with you, they are a customer of ours, my husband was nice enough to ask for some photos. The customer doesn't mind that I post on them just left instructions for me not to sell anything. Check this first one out. It's obviously a lighthouse, cute. The gentleman has made miniatures a life long project and recreates a lot of fixtures himself. I like the selection of colors he used. L@@k at the lobster trap just outside the lighthouse!

The rooms are all joined by a rail less stairway, custom to small spaces. Look at the clock on the back wall, he used one of the glass pebbles and painted the numbers on the back of it, neat. A very good idea I never would of thought of.

My customer made the shells in the bag beside the chair. Time, lots of time spent on his displays. L@@k at the fishing stuff.

Wa-la! The bedroom, nice touch with the boots. You can see the ladder leads to the last room which is the light outside the structure and it can be see in the first photo.
I'm so glad Jack of all Trades (my husband), decided to take the better camera because, I have to say, this lighthouse is the least complicated house of the three houses JOAT's photographed. He is a talented miniature maker, they are all very gorgeous.

Did you see the kitty napping on the bed? C&G Design

It is really really sweet! So nice of your customer to allow JOAT to take pictures of his treasure. Just wonderful, and good luck choosing your wallpaper.

I was beginning to think everyone gave up on me! I changed the date last night and put it wrong so I needed to get it out of published, forgot about the time, I usually check thru the link on your blog and it said I was up, ran to parent teacher conferences and when I came back, much to my dismay! I'd goofed!

OMG this is beautiful!! How amazing that people actually make these teeny little life like things inside these houses! This lighthouse house is nicer than my house! The little Scott tissue paper on the floor...the fishing pole and tackle box...the paintings on the walls...on and on it is just unbelievable! What talent! You hubby did a great job getting those closeups too. Bravo!! Thanks for sharing all these photos...what a treat to see such an awesome project. How did they ever start to do this type of work??

WOW!!!! What a talent, just an awesome lighthouse/dollhouse.

I actually did give up and figured you were taking a day off as I checked 2 or 3 times but figured I'd check one more time before hitting the sack.

I love lighthouses and tour them when given the chance! I told the Saint that we should set vacations around lighthouses as they are so neat...
