Pink Saturday!

Today is Pink Saturday, it involves a group of bloggers who all decide to post pink on Saturdays.

My flamingos were copied from our local newspaper. One of our Christen academies has a donation project in the works, contribute a dollar for a flamingo and the students will prop all the flamingo's on the yard of your choice. The lady in the paper had the 21 flamingos show up on her yard for her 64th birthday! How nice was that!

I would like to thank Beverly for hosting Pink Saturdays.

Ah, so that was it. I think you need a few pink flamingos in your front yard. I'd love some too. Probably paint them blue though.

What an unusual idea for a birthday! That would make a fantastic memory!

Jack of all trades replies the same, never have a pink flamingo in our yard! This was cute though.

Nice idea for pink Saturday. However I am not a big fan of fake pink flamingos. I think I may be one of a few that feel that way.

The flamingos don't stay. The real ones are beautiful!
I've added music to my blog, let me know if it bothers people.

You are getting lots of comments! Go Dawn! I visited some of the other blogs too; and wanted to say about Virginia's mother painted such a beautiful picture of irises I had to comment. A pretty pink indeed-my favorite color of irises.

Love the picture of the pink famingos. It reminds me of a joke one of my friends played on me, I came home one day and found 20 pink flamingos in my yard. My gardener was there that day, he just gave me a dirty look! It was so funny!
Love, Ann

We have some pink flamingo plastic things around the garden. I think its to discourage the birds from eating anything, lol. It's a little faded now, but still coool.

Tee hee! What a cute idea with the *pink* flamingos! I don't think I could find that many up here in PA though! They usually use cows here!
