What a coincidence we both post on kitties! I love loud clocks. Have quite a few myself. Just wish they could keep good time.

I know, this one is sitting on the sill til we get good time. It first lost 5 min in one day and just recently 3 mins after 2weeks, Jack of all trades STILL had to fix it!
I was hoping to see wooley when it chimed but he moved 3 mins before it went off. He is always surprising me, had a haircut last nite, doesn't seem to mine too much, last time he even rolled over for me. Gets too hot.

He would've slept thru it. Mine does when I am in the garden, she just hangs out. Hope you get the clock fixed. They can be a pain.

Mighty pretty clock but I gotta say, I know I can be pretty thick, but I do not get the point of this post. Kitty and abandonment issuses and the clock?

I should of mentioned he was taken from his mother at 7 days. The way he was snuggled up and attached to the clock reminded me of his mother's heartbeat. This clock is loud. Apparently babe can hear it in his room.

I had to look twice before seeing the kitty! My black cats are difficult to see at times also. Do you clip kitty yourself? We give our girls fur-cuts but it takes the two of us as they wiggle so much. Fur-cut day is so much fun for us all... lol...

Ops sent it off before talking about the clock! We have a clock on the wall here in the office that is a pretty loud ticker. One of our prized Elvis trinkets from mom... lol... When company sleeps in the office, they remove the battery! One time we found the clock stuffed in a drawer after company left! LOL…

We have a cuckoo clock but we keep the bird quiet so the cats don’t see it. As mischievous as they are, they would get to it and knock the thing off the wall…

Okay, thought it was something like that but just wanted to make sure. It is very hard to see the kitty cat. But if you really look the tail shows the best.

Dawn you have never seen Tina's clock and she should put it on a post. It is the most lovely clock I have ever seen....big grandfather with curio with light....from Germany. She should do a post of it sometime.

Now that is a funny story Skeeter.
However, as brasen as I can be at times, I would never move something off someone's wall. Too funny.

Whoops, I forgot to say but Tina and Skeeter I am probably betting that Skeeter's cuckoo is from Germany also, am I right? If so you 2 could do a post together with them both.

Yep, we clip the kitty ourselves. Last year when we lived in the mobile he laid down on his own, rolled to the other side on his own and loved being trimmed. It was sweltering in a trailer during high heat. This year.....even tho all pets have collars, we found wooley flea infested, we've powered, bombed, sprayed, 'bout the only thing I haven't done is steam the carpets and rugs with flea killer. Well, he is so downy close to his skin, frountline or spraying him did not work....so we cut. He was good but still took the both of us because he knew he was being treated again. He looks like he has mange. Next year....haircut in advance of bug season. I know now, cost of going outside.

Our kitties stay inside for many reasons and two of those reasons would be no fleas and they stay clean! We still use the Frontline in summer months as we have been known to bring in fleas on our clothes. argggg...

Yep Jean, the clock came from Germany! I have heard many people say that when Americans take a tour to Germany, they will end up being pregnant or getting a cuckoo clock! We got the clock...lol

Don’t I recall Tina saying the Jimster was born in Germany? Hummmmm…

LOL Skeeter, very funny. I went to Germany 2 different times when Tina was there but neither happened and that figures as I am always the different one and I kinda like it that way.

The Jimster was born in Germany but not sure where conception happened as I know they got married here in the chruch down the road from me. I think they were stationed in AL at the time but am having a senior moment on it. Tina will have to set us straight. All four of my girls were married in Harpswell, that much I do know.

I heard that too about Germany, a clock, a new car, a new baby or a new shrunk. We got the baby I guess. He was born there for sure. Also got a clock. Good memories and we love the clock. No comment on conception. We did go back to Germany right after being married.

I think my company doesn't ever appreciate the loud clocks either Skeeter. Got a few that make many noises. Oh well. Kitties like the noise I am guessing. Maybe the ticking reminds them of purring.

No comment on conception...
Too funny.
I hope you are not having a Senior moment on that one.... lol...
