Fabulous Blog Award!

Kathleen over at Rural Maine Life has given me "Your Blog is Fabulous" award, she is a wonderful lady with wonderful postings on both her blogs.

Now I'm to tell you five things I'm addicted to:

1. Vintage dolls-Lots of lost dolls in attics, thrift shops, yard sales, and flea markets. I'm always as giddy as a kid in a candy store when I'm rescuing a past beloved toy.

2. Blueberry bagels with cream cheese-Goodness! I know this is a no-no, but with any other breakfast I'm starving by 10:30.

3. The many events my children do-Dance, football, piano, baseball, etc. Both my children have come into their own each year, and it gets better each and every year.

4. Forensics-I consistently get a dose of TruTV each day. (is that bad?) I enjoy watching specialist figure things out by using exact science.

5. My hot melt glue gun-Can't leave home with out it!

Now on the listing the blogs I'm addicted too, they are deserving of a fabulous award and can pass it on the other fabulous bloggers:

I want to make honorable mention about the dutchlady, I've been a long time commenter on her post, she is very creative and has wonderful pictures of Taiwan on her blog. Recently she has had to take a hiatus, let our prays and best wishes be with her in this time of need.

Congratulations Dawn! Your blog is fabulous. So many wonderful crafting ideas. And your warmth and kindness come shining through. You are so deserving! I see you are into forensics. I muust tell you, when I am not watching Law & Order, I am over at True TV watching Forensic Files. I love it. On some Saturdays I have a mini marathon of watching it, when it is on all afteroon Saturdays. We didn't get any snow this lasst storm, but I am bracing for the cold snap coming. I hear we will be struggling just to get above zero. Stay warm, dear friend.....hugs, Kathleen

Congrats to you Dawn.

Forensics?!! Oh my goodness. How can a mother not know that? It is an interesting and very amazing subject. We talk about all the high tec stuff nowadays and wonder what people that lived even just 20 years ago would think if they could come back and see it all but I do think forensics has to lead in the progress that has been made.

Congrats on the award Dawn!

The Saint’s sister received a Masters degree in forensics and Bac in Accounting. She has been to Louisiana to investigate FEMA after Katrina. Interesting job indeed. She does not utilize either degree with her current position though…

I do a pretty good job of investigating the happenings around here. lol....

Congratulations and thank you! I'm surprised you didn't say you were addicted to making french knots, you've done lots of them lately. LOL.

Hi guys, Yep, that's me too, Kathleen. I use to watch the home renovations/building until I built this house and discovered they made it look too easy. Forensics it is. Cold, oh so cold.
Hi, Tina and mom.
Skeeter, I've tried with my son to take forensics (Guess my district has a great program) He asked me what I would do if he did take it, out of the blue he asked me! I said, out of the blue! Probaly all your homework! LOL
Hi Protector of vintage, I love the things you post on, we need to stop and look at them more often!
Cinj, Boy! It was a toss up with the craft addiction but I decided on the glue gun because of having to leave it when I leave the house, embroidering I can do anywhere. I like the politics you post about, food for thought.
