Origami

Madame loves origami and she got a nice set from Santa this past Christmas. It has a extensive manual on folding, standing and selecting color. I think this is a bunny. Did you know all origami paper is exactly square?

A totem mask......

A blue owl in a blue tree! Note to self, Madame needs brown origami paper.

I like the little duckies, I think they are cute even though they need to be on my crib quilt to stand....still cute! And best yet, the blade of green grass,

It doubles as a pretty red flower. C&G Design.

This is a fun hobby for kids. Jimmy really got into it as well. He would go on the Internet and I think You Tube and find all kinds of neat origami shapes. Good for Madame to get into it!

Great job Madame, they are all very neat. They are not easy to do.

I wanted so much for my kids to "get into" origami...bought the books, paper, and did the mama cheerleading for it. It was a no go. Drats! I love all the creativity Madame is showing, so I will have to be satisfied with that. Way to go, girl!

Hi guys,
I never thought of the internet for this hobby, duh! I need to check
Skeeter, she does have her own fun. Thanks for picking up the sweet gum balls today, although you didn't have to freeze for me!
Mom, I'm up for the next couple days, hectic today and we had our first fully frozen and broken house that came in at 4:00, working on it tomorrow (hopefully) can't get any worse, right?. Too many no heats, all guys are still out.
Hi Melony, Madame told me the other night she was going to do 1000 small duckies! I've yet to see 100 of them!
Stay warm everyone.
