What We Have Been Doing.....

Busy, busy, busy is what we have been doing....football is over, weightlifting ahead, prep for the winter carnival and the pie eating contest. Madame gave up majorettes, but she picked up 2 hours of cheering on every Sunday now. I think I may meet myself coming or going. For the last Saturdays we have been traveling more than 30 miles one way, to make the "Nutcracker" practices, it takes the biggest part of our weekends, here she is getting fitted for her soldier outfit.

Don't forget that Madame also does 1 1/2 hour of Ballet, 1 hour Tap dancing, 1 hour of Jazz dancing, 1 hour of elementary band practice (saxophone), 1 hour of regular sax practice at school, and 1/2 hour piano lesson, weekly. Crafts on the slide!

What we have been doing!#!?%

Getting a letter announcing Madame has been recommended for the Gifted and Talented program next year....in middle school....1% of students participate, total (so I'm told)....she will go into the FINE ARTS! program. That's what we have been doing, she's humble about it. I, on the other hand, spend myself telling everyone.

Now you know. C&G Design

Oh my gosh Dawn...no wonder you are such a busy girl...and blogging every day too...and working?? How the heck do you do it...and crafting! Yikes! I am getting exhausted just thinking about it! Madame is one talented and special girl...you are truly blessed. God gave you two wonderful gifts in those children...didn't he? Don't over extend yourself though...you'll both get burned out quick if you do and there goes all the fun. Take time to just live life and spend time together with your crafts. You are a wonderful mom Dawn.
