Yuck! Yuck! I thought I was saving the best for last but oh contra're, this one was terrible to do!At first, when I place the pearl head pin on the top of the ornament, I thought I'd have to snip the nipple off this decorative hard cap. That's what I did, satisfied with that I looked farther.
What!? It have pearl beads with straight pins on every cascade! Does the pattern say: additional needs......."needle nose pliers" to use so you won't KILL your fingers!

On the craft fair, while I had excellent prices, I only got rid of one pot-that by bartering. I did sell two marker stones. The craft fair was fun but more for local folks to come and look around the mansion and not to buy:( I'll try another one day. No big deal.
Dawn, that is so lovely. My Mom used to make Christmas ornaments. Taking them out now is such a nice experience. Thinking back on those days in the past.

Dawn your ornaments are beautiful and fit for a King & Queen! You are bringing back such memories with these ornaments. They were the first crafts I started doing to get me into the Craft Store where I really took off with crafting. I made some Victorian Ornaments with lace, beads, etc. Silly me sold them all and never saved one for myself. I moved on to other fun things after that and never made any more of them...
I cannot imagine crafting without the needle nose or wire cutters at my side! The Saint is always “fussing” about where they are located and to leave his tools alone. lol, I reply with, I use them more them he does so I consider them my tools and not his. hee hee...
Tina, sorry you did not leave more at the craft sell but you have a good stock for the next sell! As long as you did have fun, then it was worth your time and efforts. You need to get out there and show your stuff elsewhere and find your market... Maybe a Spring Showing...

Love that red Dawn and such stick-to-it-tivness that you have!! I would have given up I think...but that's what makes a good crafter...being able to make those quick decisions about the right tools and such! You are a Jackie of all trades...you know...the female version of Jack?!

Dawn, I'm in awe of your perseverance! Will you be done with all unfinished projects by year's end? If so, I will be incredibly jealous.
I took everything out of the storage closet again. Christmas in the back since we did not decorate here last year. On the way in and out with 100 bins, I saw so many projects waiting to be done including knitting with beads! I will have a paper flower brooch soon. Lost my glitter somewhere!
The beaded ornaments are so pretty and your patience is amazing. I'm a fan.
